Current Openings

Front Desk / Admin.
  • Greet visitors to office
  • Answer and direct calls to appropriate party / take written messages
  • Prepare new lease packages
  • Stock and order office supplies
  • Deliver packages and faxes as they arrive
  • Various letters/memos etc, as requested
  • Track and close out work orders
Leasing Agent
  • Take all rental inquires and schedule showings
  • Keep call list for Property Manager
  • Complete all application verification with notes
  • Comp shop area rentals
  • Advertising
Assistant Property Manager
  • Work all collections with updates to Delinquency Spreadsheet and info changes
  • Update Vacancy List with move in/move out information
  • Enter all renewal and new resident information into Sage / Timberline with complete accuracy
  • Work with Property Manager on any notices and court filing
  • Prepare all monthly renewal lists and letters to appropriate resident after meeting with Property Manager for review
  • Take all resident calls regarding conflict/maintenance issues
  • Occasional property visits with Property Manager
  • Document and Prepare move out information Deposit Charges etc, with Property Manager
  • Interface w/ Maintenance Manager and Property Manager with regards to turns.
Property Manager
  • Assure office/properties are professionally operated and maintained
  • Manage operating costs
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, review monthly operating reports explaining any variances
  • Prepare Rent Roll as well as other reports as requested by CEO/COO
  • Negotiate contracts with COO with key outside contractors
  • Maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
  • Oversee work order system to insure resident service calls are handled in a timely manner with 100% customer satisfaction
  • Participate in new hire interview process
  • Oversee office staff (leasing, front desk)
  • Work directly with Maintenance Manager and Contactors on rehab/repair jobs.
