Vaios Theodorakos, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Known industry wide as the “Turn-around Czar”, Vaios learned the value of hard work, financial planning and time management at an early age. As a high school student, he juggled four part-time jobs. At age eighteen with almost thirty thousand dollars in his bank account, Vaios made a life-changing decision to purchase a distressed two-family property instead of a new car.
He quickly saw the potential in transforming undervalued, distressed real estate into quality homes that are a positive part of the local community. And by making client satisfaction a top priority, he also learned the value of resident retention and long-term relationships.
Vaios has since bought and sold hundreds of properties throughout the United States. Using his abilities to recognize potential opportunities and collaborate with financial institutions, he has successfully led VTT Management to become one of the nation’s leading property management companies.
Corporate Team
Michael Reed, COO - Corporate Office
As Chief Operating Officer of VTT Management, Michael oversees all day-to-day operations and reports directly to Vaios. He oversees new acquisitions, existing property management, accounting, and human resources. He also consults closely with Vaios on acquisitions.
Michael came to VTT after 6 years at LNR Property Corporation, a multi-billion dollar commercial real estate investment, development and management company. His responsibilities included due diligence on new acquisitions, intensive asset management and financial analysis.
Prior to LNR, Michael was an investment banker at Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup). Prior to that he served his country as an AmeriCorps Volunteer Legal Advocate for low-income citizens. Michael graduated as a Classical Scholar from Phillips Exeter Academy and cum laude from Duke University.

Nancy Flynn, Human Resources - Corporate Office
As VTT’s Senior Human Resource Manager, Nancy is in charge of corporate structure. She’s also liaison for all regional offices and senior property managers. Nancy has strong corporate ethics and believes the secret to success is customer service. She recruits excellent, committed employees and demands the best training for them.
Nancy has 15 years experience in the human services management. She previously worked with The Bernard Group and Metro West Medical managing recruitment across a broad spectrum of industries. She also volunteered her expertise for the Massachusetts Parole Board.
Lauren Hill, National Project Manager-Architecture and Interior Design
Lauren Hill plays an essential part in VTT’s successful multi-million dollar turn-around ventures. In the five years she has been with the company, she has completed developments in Florida, Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, Oklahoma and Massachusetts.
Lauren designs the complete remodel of our buildings and manages all construction to insure deadlines and budgets are met. She has a remarkable ability to revitalize sites to their original luster, while seamlessly integrating cutting-edge 21st Century design with the region’s unique style.
Lauren also co-chairs the Acquisitions and Charities Board. She has Real Estate licenses in three states and has earned a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management in Chicago. Lauren was educated in Architecture in Miami and graduated with Interior Design at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale. She also has a degree in Cerified Property Management from IREM in Chicago.

Jammie Bandor, Senior Project Manager of Development and Stabilization
As a VTT Management’s Senior Project Manager of Development and Stabilization, Jammie works closely with our property managers to make sure the company’s goals and objectives are met. She is committed to team building and resident satisfaction.
Specializing in rehabilitating under-performing and distressed properties, Jammie has turned around properties in Fort Wayne, Oklahoma City and Dayton Ohio, Jammie currently manages 2300 units in North Carolina, South Carolina and Ohio.
Jammie has 14 years experience in real estate. She has a Real Estate Broker’s License plus designations as Certified Apartment Manager (CAM)and National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP).
Deana Wilson,Regional Manager of Stabilized Assets
As Regional Manager of Stabilized Assets, Deana works directly with the property managers in Ft Wayne Indiana and Oklahoma City. In addition, Deana is the Property Manager in Dayton Ohio.
Deana has over 20 years experience in Property Management. Deana is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and is Certified in Tax Credit specializing in Subsidized Housing. Deana reports directly to Michael Reed and works closely with Jammie in stabilized assets.
